richter has been ask to organise the training: Creative strategies to approach challenging youth. The training will be hold from 21 till 28 November 2009 in the Azoren Iland, Portugal. And with organising this training we want to give opportunities to local, regional and European organisations to share their experiences and gain knowledge about youth project management, specifically those addressed to young people with fewer opportunities.
 
How do organization prepare projects aimed to this target group? What’s the role of voluntary work (EVS) in this field? How can professionals use artistic approaches and games to better address young people in this situation? How can organizations commit local communities in improving the chances of these youngsters of being true citizens?
 
During the training we will have a look at the different parts of Europe in order to exchange their views and experiences on the several topics mentioned above.
